She was very kind, receptive and I felt she really listened to me. She was very nice but I had to wait two months to see her each time Ive made an appointment. Later on, she moved to a different state and I was given a different psychiatrist at the same office. Luckily, I was able to get my prescription because she called the pharmacy and had a new one sent over. She got my prescription wrong and then blamed me for her mistake. My first psychiatrist here was extremely rude to me and unprofessional. When I saw her once and just was giving straight answers to the intake process.

I just cant wait unfortunately. Its up to you to go here or not but, I couldnt wait months to be seen and I didnt like hearing that my diagnoses doesnt seem fit. I understand that she gets booked fast, and theres a lot of people that need help. Then, what really helped me with my decision to leave this facility without getting a chance to do therapy was because I could barely get in to see her unless it was months away. She was trying to put it off as something else. Nancy, as we went through the questions wasnt really agreeing with my diagnoses from my past doctors.

I actually agree to a T and believe its spot on. Never have I once ever thought that I was diagnosed. Ive been to many offices for therapy and I have always done an intake first before making an appointment for therapy.PROS: The facility was nicer then any place that Ive been to.CONS: Like stated, Ive been to many therapist through out my life and Ive always been diagnosed with the same thing. Of course the first appointment was basically an intake which the office did tell me before that I didnt need to do an intake. My first appointment was back in July with Nancy Tinger. I switched to Desert Horizon Integrative Medicine when my regular therapist left at my old facility. The prescribers there are wonderful, this review goes out to the horrible office staff. I will say that Debra Gwerder is a very nice lady and she helped me immensely. Way to go, you close your doors and leave your patients to fend for themselves, poor patient care until the very end. They would contact Debra so I could get a refill to hold me over until I could get I somewhere else to be seen. When I called to make an appointment with Debra Gwerder they said that they had no appointments left and basically that I was out of luck. I received a letter advising me to make an appointment to get med refills etc because they would no longer be open. Update: so good to see that this place will be closing its doors. I dont think that there is anyone in that office to answer phone, they are probably all at home collecting more money on unemployment ! This place is a joke, Ive been treated better at the VA. You spend an eternity on hold only to get disconnected by the time you number one in que! AMBER FINCH, Im calling you out, I waited an extra 30 minutes holding for you only to get disconnected when I was.you guessed it, next in que. Most horrible, disrespectful office staff.
